PIERRE & VACANCES GROUP Paris – (September 2019 - December 2020)

• Customer space redesign: project to redesign Pierre & Vacances and Center Parcs customer spaces so customers can log into their spaces/accounts and book different activities or equipment offered by the group.
• Development in Agile scrum methodology with 2-week Sprints and participation in various ceremonies
• Development and improvement of components
• Implementation of tracking tool and ABTasty
• Display and implementation of various services offered by the group's API
• Application maintenance on various group sites
• Code review
• Web Performance Optimization: Implementation of best practices to optimize Core Web Vitals (FCP, LCP, CLS, FID) to improve user experience and performance across all group sites.
